???? 據(jù)世界天然氣網(wǎng)站3月30日消息 卡塔爾石油公司決定于2022年1月1日接管卡塔爾液化天然氣公司（QG1）的全部所有權(quán)。
????該公司周二表示，相關(guān)協(xié)議于2021年12月31日到期后，將不再續(xù)簽QG1合資公司。
????QG1成立于1984年，是卡塔爾石油與道達(dá)爾、埃克森美孚、丸紅和三井的合資企業(yè)。QG1是卡塔爾開(kāi)發(fā)的首創(chuàng)性液化天然氣項(xiàng)目，其成功為卡塔爾液化天然氣產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展鋪平了道路。
????卡塔爾石油公司總裁兼首席執(zhí)行官、能源事務(wù)國(guó)務(wù)部長(zhǎng)Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi在評(píng)論這一決定時(shí)說(shuō)：“卡塔爾石油公司的收購(gòu)將結(jié)束QG1 25年來(lái)的成功運(yùn)營(yíng)，卡塔爾液化天然氣的第一批貨物就是從該公司出口。”

????Qatar Petroleum to Take Full Control of Qatargas 1
????Qatar Petroleum has decided to take over full ownership of the Qatargas Liquefied Natural Gas Company (QG1) on 1 January 2022.
????The company noted on Tuesday it will not be renewing the QG1 joint venture upon the expiry of the relevant agreements on 31 December 2021.
????Established in 1984, QG1 is QP’s joint venture with units of Total, ExxonMobil, Marubeni and Mitsui. QG1 was the pioneering LNG project to be developed in Qatar, whose success has paved the way for the development of Qatar’s LNG industry.
????Commenting on this decision Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi, the Minister of State for Energy Affairs, the president and CEO of Qatar Petroleum, said, “The takeover by Qatar Petroleum will conclude more than 25 years of successful operations of QG1, from which the first-ever Qatari LNG cargo was exported.“
????Al-Kaabi further thanked its partners in the project and Chubu Electric as QG1’s foundation customer and primary LNG buyer.
????With a production capacity of approximately 10 million tons per annum of LNG, QG1 facilities will continue to be operated by Qatargas.
